All nine illustrations created for the cover of the iconic 1980s song 'Dancing with myself' by Generation X show a distinct part of the world which I visited or lived in for a while. Visualised are the real places (interiors of houses I lived in or memorable outdoor places

I visited frequently) which I then connected to my favourite parts of the lyrics by linking them to my personal experiences of that places.
